Reha-Stim Medtec is particularly focused on developing new robotic arm and gait rehabilitation devices focused on practical usability in daily therapist practice. We therefore aim to develop new devices based on a broad-based clinical experience. The opportunity to partner with leading hospitals offers us advice from experienced doctors and therapists to ensure usability and effectiveness of our devices in daily practice.
We are particularly proud to announce the partnership with the Villa Melitta rehabilitation hospital in Bozen, Italy, around Dr. Andreas Waldner and his team. Dr. Waldner brings a decade long experience with a broad range of patients with different neurological and orthopedic pathologies and will test our products in the hospital to ensure practical usability of all our devices for both patients and therapists. He and his team will also inspire new devices and functionalities based on their practical experience.
